Bamidele Oni is a well-motivated environmentalist. He founded Green Impact International in 2011 after he returned from participating as an observer at the United Nations Climate Change Convention held in Durban, South Africa in 2011.His experience and involvement at the convention led to the beginning of the organization. Stating as a local a non-governmental organization, Green Impact has recently registered as a Canadian non-profit. Bamidele holds a Master degree in International Forestry from The University of British Columbia.

A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Arts and Social Sciences from Kyambogo University. He is the founder and Executive Director for Rural Youth Initiative for Development (RYID) an NGO that closely works with young people as their primary target group. William volunteered with Community Empowerment for Rural Development (CEFORD) and gained so many inter personal skills and learnt how tasks are accomplished. William has also attended various leadership and management trainings that have prepared him to manage and succeed in his various fields of work.
