Green Impact international society is focused on promoting environmental sustainability through environmental learning, innovations and leadership development. The organization seeks to contribute to global efforts in providing support for possible and feasible solutions to the impacts of climate change and environmental problems through it’s various localized interventions and action. Green Impact international is registered as a society in the Province of British Columbia, Canada. The organization is localizing efforts within the province with programs directed at creating Eco-awareness and raising the level of Eco-consciousness among the public.

Our Milestones

Tree adoption project in collaboration with the Rural Youth Initiative for Development (RYID) in Uganda

They say "A man is as good as his tools." Green Impact International (GII) embarked on this tree adoption project in collaboration with the Rural Youth Initiative for Development (RYID) in Uganda, led by Masereke Williams. 20 improved fruit trees 🌱, some gardening tools were adopted by 20 families. This was done to help in conserving the environment as one of our goals is to make the young generation environmentally active at an early stage. This was also done to support local food security, family togetherness and environmental conservation.

Step-up Green Project

The project reached 50 schools and a population of 1025 students were sensitized and inducted as young green ambassadors. mini green gardens were established in ten selected schools and were provided with essential garden tools. A follow-up program was also set up to ensure sustainability. The project enabled the training of 100 youth trainers and the distribution of 1025 young ones can save the planet book. Partners Include: Access Bank Plc., Hacey Health Initiatives, Rhealyz Niaja, National Youth Service Corps(Nigeria)
